The Lakob is a traditional tobacco dry leaf container of the Maranaos. It is adorned with multi-colored geometric and okir motif imprinted on bamboo tube following a dye resistant process similar to the traditional tie dyeing (which is a complex process of paper pasting, tying, and boiling).
